The company was revamped in the month of May of the year 2009 by Mr. Sam Nam, owner of W4U/ Amkor Electrical Co. Under Mr. Sam Nam's leadership and firm belief in the necessity of assuming economic and environmental responsibility, the company was re-energized to assist companies and social institutions make the switch to energy efficient lighting.
Energy Management Services, Inc. warrants all work performed by our company for a period of One (1) Year on parts and labor.
Energy Management Services, Inc. will repair or replace the defective products during the stated warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the products that are properly handled and maintained.
Additional Limited Warranties are offered through the manufacturer, see below.
Advance Transformer Co.("Advance"), 10275 W. Higgins Road, Rosemont, IL 60018 warrants that its lamp ballast will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of manufacture by Advance for a period for five (5) years.
ALTO fluorescent lamps-the first TCLP-compliant sources-were introduced in 1995. Since that time over 275 million ALTO lamps have been installed and proven nationwide. Today, ALTO linear fluorescent lamps remain the lowest in mercury content and the only lamps that meet California's more stringent TTLC test.
* Philips offers a three (3) year warranty on all ALTO F32T8
* Philips further warrants that ALTO lamps will pass the TCLP test.
