




1. Energy Management Services will conduct a Lighting Audit of your buildings and facilities.
2. We will submit the Lighting Audit and the Utility Company rebate request paperwork to the Utility Company,
3. We will obtain Utility Company Pre-Approval for you.
4. We will schedule the installation of the approved lighting upgrade measures - new fluorescent lamps, new electronic ballasts and new exit signs, etc.
5. A post installation inspection will be performed by Energy Management Services and a Utility Company Representative.
