EMS WARRANTY EMS HISTORY • Energy Management Services, Inc. warrants all work performed by our company for a period of One (1) Year on parts and labor. • Energy Management Services, Inc. will repair or replace the defective products during the stated warranty period.  This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the products that are properly handled and maintained.  • Additional Limited Warranties are offered through the manufacturer
